If you are a Western practitioner of homœopathy, you likely see many patients who suffer from mental disturbances like anxiety, depression and jealousy. As the incidence of physical disease has waned in affluent cultures, mental and emotional problems have become more prominent. A recent U.S. survey showed that one in six patients seek homœopathic treatment for a psychiatric disorder. As practitioners, we know that many more come with mental-emotional complaints they deem secondary to a physical complaint.
