The AIH Transactions are the published record of the annual meetings conducted by the longest standing homeopathic organization in the United States.
Julian Winston, in describing these transactions, writes that they were, "Filled with historical information and fascinating cases. The earlier volumes are most interesting in terms of 'Hahnemannian' Homeopathy."
By 1870 Dunham had suggested the "opening" of the organization and by 1880 very little pure homeopathy was discussed within its pages.
However, these journals do contain some interesting information and are valuable as part of the historical record of the state of homeopathy during these years.
