The Vancouver Homeopathic Academy, which is registered with the Private Post Secondary Commission of British Columbia, first started in 1994 as a study group. It has since has grown into a one-year part-time Foundation course and a four-year part-time Practitioner's Course.
The Academy's goals are to provide the best homeopathic education possible and to help create and support a community of homeopathic practitioners.
Both the foundation and Practitioner's courses are based on what is known as Hahnemannian or classical homeopathy, which is based on a single remedy at a time, the minimum dose, and the totality of characteristic symptoms.
