On February 14, 2011 the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine formally changed their name to The Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine. Their contact information remains the same as above.

The school was founded in 1994 and is the oldest homeopathic college in Canada. To accommodate growth, the school recently relocated their administrative office, library and student clinic to the Yorkville area.
