Susan studied with the British Institute of Homoeopathy and practiced homeopathy in Mussoorie, a hill station in northern India from 1986 to 1994. During that time Susan also trained with Dr. Chitkara in his homeopathic clinic in New Delhi. She has continued her studies with Jeremy Sherr, Rajan Sankaran and Jayesh Shah and the homeopaths from the Bombay school.
In 1995 she moved to Vancouver and joined the Vancouver Centre for Homeopathy where she quickly built a busy practice. Susan is also the Canadian representative, on the Board of Directors of the North American Society of Homeopaths (NASH) and is on the faculty of the Vancouver Homeopathic Academy.
Susan supervises the Academy's third year clinic, lectures in materia medica, and supervises student projects throughout the course.
