The Pacific Academy is dedicated to a learning environment that empowers students to think for themselves, to embrace traditional and contemporary methods of homeopathic thinking and to produce skilled practitioners of the homeopathic art.
The Pacific Academy was originally created in 1985 to bring homeopathic teachers to the Bay Area, the professional training program began in 1989. The Academy seeks to develop homeopathy as an integral part of the modern healthcare movement and to bring the awareness of the benefits of homeopathy to everyone.
The professional program offers a thorough understanding of the principles and practice of homeopathy. This is achieved in a learning environment that encourages a dynamic, individualized education process. The needs of each student are considered within the demands and challenges of the program so students learn in the most experiential way.
The program seeks to give the student the personal, practical and technical skills necessary for practice. This is achieved through lectures, small group work, video presentations, study groups, clinical workshops and individual supervision.
