Classical Homeopathy is a unique, exciting and completely individualized approach to healing. Students at CICH study all aspects of this fascinating health care system. Students learn how to systematically research inherited tendencies, evaluate the client's personal history and circumstances affecting their health. Homeopathic remedies derived from the plant, mineral and animal kingdom are thoroughly studied. When skillfully applied, these remedies assist in strengthening a person's vital energy to recover health.
The school offers a two-year program. Classes meet one weekend a month, September - June, for a total of 10 weekends each year. The syllabus consists of the history and philosophy of homeopathy, acute and constitutional treatment, case taking and case analysis, the study of materia medica (the remedies), clinical training, and practice management. Classes are taught by locally, nationally and internationally renowned instructors who encompass some of the greatest names in homeopathy. Our small class size allows us to give individual attention to our students.
By providing a solid foundation in both theory and clinical work, we prepare our students for a professional career in homeopathy. Successful completion of the program leads to a certification in Classical Homeopathy (CHom) and prepares students for the National Certification Exam with the Council for Homeopathic Certification.
The Homeopathy School of Colorado has graduated professional homeopaths since 1991. CICH is approved and regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools.
