Julian Winston writes:
A very in-depth discussion of the theoretical side of the miasms by J.H. Allen, who taught the subject in Chicago at the Hering College.

Allen wrote a third volume on Syphilis, but died before it was published. It was to be serialized in one of the Journals, but only one piece ever saw publication.
