Details

Homeopathy for Mother and Infant, by Douglas Borland, was published in 1950. The first part of this booklet is a transcribed lecture delivered by Borland at the London Homeopathic Hospital in 1929.

The second part is a reiteration of the same information in a form more amenable to study.

Borland believed that the medical care of the child during its first two years of life was of primary importance. He considered not only the physical but also the mental health and development.

Borland considered this to begin, not at the time of birth, but in utero. He felt that it was essential to guard the health of the mother during pregnancy, mental and physical, if the healthiest child was to be born.
