Macleod offers a speedy and effective method of treatment, which can often deal with so-called 'incurable' ailments by the use of homeopathic medicines that are absolutely safe, easy to administer and have no side effects.Heritage
The first of a series by this great homeopathic veterinarian. The books (unlike those by Day, Pitcairn, and later by Hamilton) say little about the theory and philosophy of homeopathy. These are therapeutics books, pure and simple; for this condition, look at these remedies.

Author
George Macleod, a graduate of Glasgow University, was one of the world's foremost authorities on the homeopathic treatment of animals. He was one of the few veterinary surgeons to use homeopathic medicines wholly and exclusively.
After working for the British Government during World War II, he set up practice in Dornoch, Sutherland before moving to a practice in Haywards, Heath, Sussex England.
For nearly 50 years George Macleod treated all types of animals, from thoroughbred racehorses and pedigree cattle to household pets, with great success - and often where other forms of treatment failed.
