From the Book
'This guide is, in the broadest sense, a 'vade mecum' for the adventure of life, in which you are both the actor and the narrator. Your main concern is your health and all its inherent uncertainties.
You will be well equipped, as the remedies suggested in this book are effective, and will help you to negotiate the potentially chaotic obstacle course of life.
This form of complementary medicine, which is backed by two centuries of experience, is widespread in Asia and North America and throughout Europe.
I have no doubt that this movement is unstoppable, and I am further convinced that the remarkable work undertaken by Professor Jacques Benveniste, into the mechanisms of the action of homeopathic remedies, will have serious implications in the fields of biology and medicine.
It is the dream of every human being to pass from birth to death without any serious disease. In order to make this aspiration a reality, this book has been written with humility. Not everything is resolved and each of us has many more pages to write in the book of life.'
