Originally published as Dictionnaire de Matiere Medicale Homeopathique - Masson et Cie, edit. Paris, it was translated into English in 1984, but the translation leaves a lot to be desired

It discusses 131 remedies, many from his earlier work. It also contains a Clinical Repertory by P. Freche and M. Haffen.
