Many books have been written about the wide potential of Bach flower remedies to help with the problems we humans are so prone to. In this book we are going to shift the focus a little to look at how they can be used to help a fellow species we have brought into our human world: the cat, in all its many shapes and sizes.

We'll examine the many ways that Bach remedies can change the lives of cats that are suffering from problems of the emotions, such as fear or stress or psychological tension stemming from past maltreatment.

Amongst plant-based natural remedies (herbs, essential oils, homeopathy etc.) Bach flower remedies occupy a special and unique place, not just be cause they are so simple to learn and use. It isn’t possible to cause any problems with them, and any 'mistakes' you make by choosing an inappropriate remedy can easily and quickly be fixed simply by making a different choice and trying again.

Flower remedies are a very forgiving subject to learn for the beginner.
