Go Forward is a spiritual journey and the story of the transformation of one individual who finally caught up to her destiny. Rose A. Weinberg was obsessed with two things: illness and where in the world she fit in.

Born in Toronto to parents who were survivors of the Holocaust, her journey began with fear, anxiety, humour and hypersensitivity to the world around her. Her struggle was overcoming illness and never understanding why others around her did not value what living was all about.

Through hard work and determination Rose turned her struggles into a journey of spiritual guidance and well-being.

Rose currently resides in Richmond Hill, Ontario with her family. She is running three natural health practices: in Toronto at "Roots to Health", at "Soul Spa Urban Retreat" in Thornhill and in the Town of Richmond Hill. Rose has created a fresh and educated approach to vital health and wellness.

As a Homeopathic Doctor, Energy Intuitive, Nutritionist, Reiki Master/Teacher of the Usui Lineage of Reiki, Acupunturist, Author, Inspirational Speaker and Entrepreneur; Rose has founded her practice on the principle of achieving balance within and educating her clients on lifestyle skills and self-empowerment.

This is achieved by using her unique intuitive awareness. Rose connects to a soul's journey physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to assist in releasing non-beneficial and inherited imbalances, as well as day-to-day stress and clutter. This creates a flow of dynamic energy which allows ones journey to go forward with growth and development. Rose's creative and witty approach to lifestyle management comes complete with professionalism and life experience.

Along with individual consultation, Rose participates in workshops and seminars, and appears as a guest speaker on radio and television. She motivates other by sharing the personal struggles which led to her successful victory on her journey of well-being, and by showing them how to enjoy life and 'feel good'.

Complementing Rose's practice is her vision for "The Feel Good Company Inc." which inspires and promotes fun and healthy lifestyle ideas. The company features a sustainable clothing line that has been blessed and attuned with intuitive well-being and Reiki energy, personally by Rose to share warmth and self-empowerment.
